The tiny town has come a long way since its long-forgotten reputation as middle-America to Southampton and East Hampton's glittering coasts. A peek inside the numbers reveals Sagaponack's median sale price at $4.4 million, compared to $174,000 across the states. Yes, we're not in Kansas anymore.
