Dan Rattiner moonlights as a city planner in the latest issue of his paper, drawing up proposed Bridgehampton traffic circle. Though it looks like a gridlock nightmare waiting to happen, Rattiner is convinced that his village ought to look a bit more like its more stately neighbors, and is on a mission to clean up the four corners intersection in the middle of town. Problem: Hiding years worth of electrical and telephone wires doesn't come cheap, and even idealistic Dan knows that the Hamptons are a bit desperate for government cash. Oh well, it's a pretty map.
