Traffic of the Future

A meeting scheduled last night at the Springs Firehouse saw debate over noise issues regarding the East Hampton Airport and its influx of helicopters. The main issue on the agenda: concerns that helicopter noise levels could reach ten times their current rate by 2029. That amount of air traffic seems rather unlikely, unless, of course, Air Jitney gets underway by then. [EH Press]
