Curbed PriceChopper: Slow Chops Near Ocean in Sagaponack

New, 2 comments

That speck in the distance is today's pricechopper extraordinaire - a Sagaponack traditional whose number has dwindled for over a year. The extensive StreetEasy chopping list reveals that the once $6.9 million house has been listed at $4.8 million as of yesterday, following many months of small price cuts. At only 2,800 square feet and without a pool, the house leaves a bit to be desired, but the 'one block to the ocean' address and surrounding reserve make the land much more desirable. Whether this latest chop will help the cause remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure. A photoshoot is in order. After nearly 18 months, it's time to unveil more than the roof.
