A tipster points us to this recently completed contemporary in Southampton, a 'Centrifugal Villa', if you will. The folks at OBRA Architects have created a home that is 'arranged around a hollow center, as if the heart of the house had somehow fallen outside its body'. Wrap your head around that one. The deep thinking doesn't stop there, as the interior is described as a series of 'constantly shifting vanishing points' that 'centrifugally release the views out to the surrounding landscape'. The five-acre spread comes with a separate guest house, garage structure, pool and 'poolside pavilion'. Take a look around.
