EaterWrap: Beer Fests, Surf Lodge Mini Bar Unveiled, More!

1) If a journey to Riverhead is in order, the North Fork Craft Beer Festival will be on tap this Saturday. Maple tree BBQ and beer from over 50 regional breweries to be had. Tickets here. [Thrillist]

2) The health-nuts at Vital Juice do a brief analysis of Surf Lodge's mini bar this week, finding that there are no macadamias to be had at the Montauk hotel. Among the offerings for late night snackage: Zico Coconut Water, Navitas Cashew Power, a diary-free sweetriot unBar and gluten-free Kookie Karma. Yum. [Vital Juice]
3) In young entrepreneur news, the daughters of Estia's Little Kitchen owner Colin Ambrose have set up shop at the East Hampton Farmers Market to sell homemade pastas and beverages. A Sisters Food Company, created by the three sisters who are ages 16, 13 and 10, respectively, has unsurprisingly sold out every week. (The 10 year old does the sales pitch.) This isn't the Ambrose girls first venture into food prep either. For years, their 'Lymanade' stand on Dunemere Lane sold a bevy of homemade drinks to passersby. [EH Star]
4) Cittanuova unveiled Cork & Spoon this week, a frequent diner program offering $25 gift certificate for every 1000 points earned. Points accumulate as you eat at the Newtown Lane Italian or at its sister restaurant, The 1770 House. Enroll here. [Cittanuova]
