In Listings: Schwarzman's Cove Hollow Farm Hits the Market

The WSJ reports that Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman has put his East Hampton home on the market for $7.2 million. A 3,250 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths sits on the 2.1 acre Georgica property, which is also known as Cove Hollow Farm. Schwarzman paid $2.3 million for it back in 1996. Despite the for sale sign, the billionaire isn't leaving the East End anytime soon, as work on a $34 million Water Mill estate he purchased in 2005 is nearly complete. That 9.9 acre spread joins the list of Schwarzman's other enviable real estate holdings, including a triplex in 740 Park Avenue and a 13,000 square footer in Palm Beach.
