Sag Harbor Thai resto Phao is offering up some schmancy weekend-only concoctions at the bar, dubbed 'pearl cocktails'. Literally. The Shinju pearl (champagne with orange liqueur pearls) and the pomegranate martini avec pearls make drinking fun again, thanks to the tiny gel balls at the bottom of your glass.
