Thanks to a tipster for this pic: Fresh off the news that Brown Harris Stevens is sending its nine Sag Harbor agents down the street to a new office, we find out that one of the East Hampton offices has shuttered as well. This hidden alleyway gem off Newtown Lane certainly couldn't have been a big money maker for the firm, who has another, fancier address around the corner. Really, representation on both of East Hampton's streets appears a little overkill, n'est-ce pas? BHS does seem to have a love for new real estate (!), judging by its insistence on moving agents around on a quite regular basis. Next stop, who knows!
