1) Authors Night at the East Hampton Library saw over 100 writers come out to support/sign/sell their books on Saturday night. Among the authors-in-attendance: Barbara Walters, Alec Baldwin, Bethenny Frankel, Countess Luann de Lesseps and full-time scribes Candace Bushnell and Jay McInerney. [CurbedWire]

2) The 'Conversations with the Author' series at the Quogue Library welcomed local resident Michael J. Fox last night. Fox spoke about his new book Always Looking Up: The Adventures of an Incurable Optimist during an event that was sold out long before this weekend. [HITH]
3) Further east in Montauk, Surf Lodge appropriately hosted a celebration of Hamptons Magazine's Surf Issue, which features surfing model Tori Praver and the photography of Matt Albiani. The cocktail fête showed off a preview of surf-appropriate clothing from Cavi Sport. [GofG]
