Following a vote last week that was not deemed complete until last night's counting of absentee ballots, John Jermain Memorial Library won a landslide victory to receive funding for a redesign and expansion plan to be completed in mid-2012. Exciting for the library, but even more exciting for this man, whose expression of pure euphoria over the matter says it all.
