Though it was reported that Lisa Kerkorian's $16.3 million Bridgehampton barn was in contract for $5 million back in June, it is seems this chopper has a happier ending of sorts, as the property has just closed for $6 million. Kerkorian, a former tenis pro and ex-wife of billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, put the home on the market two years ago, dropping the asking price to as low as $7.995 million. The 10,000 square foot barn had a lis pendens, or pre-foreclosure document, filed against it on June 5, seemingly accelerating this whole process. Just over $4 million was owed on the home, so Kerkorian comes out of this mess $2 million ahead of the game.
