Seen here: The 2009 Hampton Designer Showhouse, a Joe Farrell creation on the market for $8.495 million, as toured by a Curbed Hamptons operative yesterday. The 8,600 square foot home at 179 David's Lane in Water Mill features the work of a collection of interior designers who each use one room to show off their decorating prowess. Sponsored this year by Traditional Home, the showhouse is open to the public from 11am-5pm every day through September 6th, with a $30 admission fee benefitting Southampton Hospital.
