That's Rather Hideous: Play Ball with the Tweety Bird

Seen here: a rather benign, if poorly decorated, modern estate in Southampton, on the market for $12.195 million. The most grievous design error in among its 6 bedrooms is a bizarre homage to tweety bird found in the 6,000 square foot home's gym. It doesn't appear that former basketball star Larry Bird owns/owned a house in the Hamptons, or that the Looney Tunes avian has anything to do with the sport itself, so we here at Curbed Hamptons are stumped by this listing photo. According to Sotheby's, the owner of the above court took the time to put in a double height ceiling in the above-ground gym, but never managed to find out if the 'bird really tawt he taw a puddy tat.
