Curbed PriceUpper: 'Winter' Waterfront's Two Year Climb

It's not often these days that you see a steady climb in price for a listing, but 73 Briar Patch Road is clearly marching to its own real estate drum. The Peter Cook-designed home in East Hampton, put on the market in 'banner year' 2007 for $18 million, as inched its way up to a current asking price of $21.5 million. Not content to price chop like other Hamptons homes, it's most recent move came in late June, when its current $19.95 million price tag was upped another $1.55 million. The 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom house with 'winter' pond views apparently just keeps getting better and better, as all 'ultra-quality luxury home[s]' do.
