To help celebrate France's national holiday, Bridgehampton bistro Pierre's will have une petite fête this Saturday in honor of Bastille Day. Not content to throw up a few flags and play La Marseillaise, owner Pierre Weber will dress up as King Louis XVI while the restaurant staff will play the roles of the 'gendarme, sou brette, and courtesans' en costume. No word on if any reenactments will occur, but for the love of all things French we hope to see some guillotines and torches on Main Street tomorrow afternoon. [EH Star]
