Big weekend for the Blue Parrot, as it reveled in its openness and stellar reviews from East Hampton's own Martha Stewart. "We had everything on the menu, including that dirty margarita," she told Plum TV. Yes Martha, it is dirty...the dirty bird, to be exact. Elsewhere, our friends at Grub Street have posted menus for lunch, dinner, late-night and drinks, along with their own assessment of killer mexican. While prices seemed high (at $16 for a small shrimp ceviche), it appears the guacamole and margaritas 'made up for it' for these New Yorkers. Proving that she must be the unofficial guru for all things Blue Parrot, Grub Street also asked Martha how she felt about the restaurant. She replied that she had been going for eighteen years, 'so I’m very happy that it’s there'. So are we, Martha, so are we.
