RackedWrap: Shop for a Cause

And now, the latest from the shopping scene, with help from our Racked friends...

1) If the city’s sample sale scene isn’t providing enough deals for your liking, the wait is over. Starting this Saturday, the Bull’s Head Inn at 2546 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton becomes Fashionhead, the site of a weekly sample sale promising 40-75% off designer wares. With Fashionhead, shoppers will be treated to a VIP shopping event with ticket proceeds going to local charities, while Saturday sample sales open to the public with clothing, accessories and more for men, women, and children. For ticket sales for Friday and general info, call (212) 537-9443. Fri 10am-7pm; Sat-Sun 8:30am-7pm. [CurbedWire Inbox]

2) Jimmy Choo, the accessories brand with an East Hampton store on the horizon, is getting into a beachy state of mind with the announcement yesterday that the company "is designing a capsule collection for a good cause". Partnering with the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Project PEP collection will be made up of flip-flops, totes, clutches and more. Sadly, it looks like the goods won't be available until the fall. File this under things to bring to the beach next summer. [Fashionista via WWD]

3) From the Racked mothership: "NYPD Called to Nutso Tory Burch Sale". If this kind of thing is too much for you, visit Tory Burch at 47 Newtown Lane in East Hampton. No police presence, that we know of. [Racked]

4) Wyeth, one of SoHo's many exotic furniture stores, is coming any day now to Sagaponack. Spies noted signage and furniture in the store on Montauk Highway, so opening day seems imminent. [Wyeth]
