RackedWrap: Prep Wars and New Stores

[Frolicking beachwear, NOT courtesy of New England]
1) Hampton & Co., a new store that has quickly become the East End's preppiest of shopping venues, has joined the silent war between the Hamptons and the Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard crowds. Serving as Southampton's answer to 'Vineyard Vines and Nantucket Reds', Hampton & Co. offers just about every brightly colored, monogramed staple needed to help you uphold 'your embargo on all things New England'. 2) Also, in Southampton, the very un-preppy Biba has relocated from its former home in East Hampton. Remaining on the East End's retail scene for years, Biba has managed to make a store inspired by Paris Hilton's wardrobe choices appealing to Hamptons shoppers. [CurbedWire Inbox]
3) Lest you forgot it was June with all this rain, The New York Times Style Section covered an Amagansett wedding on Sunday. The couple, who met at the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2005 and showed a filmed there in 2007, were married at the home of the groom's parents on June 6th. Mazel tov! [NYT]
