Though we'd initially heard mid-June for the opening of Mezzaluna Amg., the new Amagansett outpost of Upper East Side pizza and pasta den Mezzaluna, the place is further along than expected. A drop-by by Curbed Hamptons operatives over the long weekend found not only a fully-revealed awning but also construction workers on site who said the joint will be open this coming weekend. Consider that unconfirmed, but to neighbors Felice's and Astro's, the time to start bracing for that pizza war is now. Either way, DEVELOPING...
