In an effort to legalize many of Sag Harbor rogue accessory apartments, the village's new 'Accessory Apartment Review Board' approved the first such residence on Brandywine Drive. Sag Harbor hopes to use this new process to provide more affordable housing, and to bring the scores of illegal residences up to code. The board can approve up to 50 small apartments, each under 650 square feet. [SH Express]
