In an article about a rescheduled hearing for Ron Baron's permitless Further Lane retaining walls, we learn that the variance the billionaire investor is seeking is known as the Seinfeld Law. Baron's nearby neighbor Jerry Seinfeld pioneered this type of permit when he sought to build a baseball diamond on a vacant parcel adjacent to his home - 'an accessory structure', if you will. Updates, of course, should the Spielberg decree take effect in the near future. [EH Star]
