The Seinfeld Law

In an article about a rescheduled hearing for Ron Baron's permitless Further Lane retaining walls, we learn that the variance the billionaire investor is seeking is known as the Seinfeld Law. Apparently, this is a real thing. Baron's nearby neighbor Jerry Seinfeld pioneered this type of permit when he sought to build a baseball diamond on a vacant parcel adjacent to his home - 'an accessory structure', if you will. Updates, of course, should the Spielberg decree take effect in the near future. [EH Star]
