Following word that designer Tory Burch has listed her Meadow Lane tear-down for $17.9 million (bound for the much grander Westerly around the corner), it seems ex-husband Chris Burch is doing some Southampton upgrades as well. The venture capitalist purchased a First Neck Lane spread for $9 million over the summer from disgraced financier Ralph Cioffi, and now plans to 'completely make-over the southern portion of the house', and 'add a one-story addition onto the rear'. While the proposal has yet to be approved, Southampton Village Review's Sally Spanburgh notes that the redesign is in keeping with the '60s style of the home, but the home itself is far from impressive. But then again, it's not his initials emblazoned on every ballet flat in Manhattan.
