1) Late on Wednesday, The Real Deal reported that real estate scion Elie Hirschfeld has listed his East Hampton home for $25 million. The 12,000 square foot oceanfront boasts a Lily Pond Lane address and a history, built in 1920 by John Custis Lawrence. Hirschfeld's company made its name pioneering the first open-air garage in New York, along with the development of the Hotel Pennsylvania and the Manhattan Mall. [TRD]
