Drake's Open House for a Cause Brings In Crowds, Canned Goods

From the inbox: Celebrated interior designer Jamie Drake is certainly upping his house selling karma with news that his open house for a cause brought in 300 potential buyers on Saturday afternoon. The well-documented Bull Path home is on the market for $2.9 million and brokers asked this weekend's visitors to bring non-perishable food items for the East Hampton Food Pantry. According to a press release, 'two large vehicles' of food were delivered that night. No word if the open house resulted in any bids, but Drake has seemed to spark a charitable real estate trend that we can get behind.
