The Times tells us this week that it seems the East End's often lauded wines don't get out much. Though known to be from very respectable vines, bottles are apparently rarely found outside New York State. To remedy the situation, the Long Island Wine Council recently held a blind tasting with nationally recognized vino, and lo and behold, the Hamptons produced some winning wines.
