Corcoran CEO Pam Liebman hit the airwaves this week to give her two cents on the current 'uptick' in the Hamptons market. She belives that the change of pace in East End real estate has come out of a steadily falling price point for homes and the rise of buyers who feel it's a 'good time to step in'.
