Perennial jokester Dan Rattiner reveals his own 'Balloon Boy' experience in this week's edition of Dan's Papers. Some years back, Rattiner wrote a story about a group of students waiting for a Loch Ness monster sighting at a wooded Bridgehampton pond. ABC News sent helicopters and reporters to the scene, only to find out that the joke was on them. Quoth the writer: "When ABC found out they were hoaxed, they were pretty pissed at me.
