The Real Deal reports the Elliman super-broker Enzo Morabito has joined the listing for 66 Seafield Lane, a 1903 mansion in Westhampton Beach. The $29 million home has been with Brown Harris Stevens' Marcia Altman and Mark Roter since March 2008. BHS and Elliman will now work together, with the 'lion's share' of the commission going to whichever broker manages to win the race. Once listed at $39 million, the estate fell victim to horrible timing and high pricing, and has since been chopped down to a more reasonable level that still pleases the unidentified sellers. The 16,000 square footer on Quantuck Bay comes with 9 bedrooms and 9 baths, as well as a carriage house, century-old grape vines and a separate cottage. A deepwater dock rounds out just a few of the amenities on the 10 acre property. The estate was built in 1903 for coal baron William C. Atwater, who commissioned the early starchitect Henry Bacon to design the house. Bacon was best known for that little thing called the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC.
