Sag Harbor's trusted Village Trustees have given their blessing to developer James Giorgio, who hopes to raise the building 125 Main Street off its foundation to make room for retail space. We learned yesterday that the historic structure is home to both galleries and ghosts, sold last January with fully disclosed spirits wandering among the art. No word on when the restoration project gets underway, (planning board approval still needed), but let's hope the current translucent inhabitants won't mind the ruckus. [SH Express; previously]
