In Listings: Ad Exec's $18M Spread on Market in North Haven

This 'bucolic' Peter Cook-designed traditional is an $18 million listing in North Haven, one of the more expensive properties to hit the market this fall. Listed on Tuesday, the home is owned by Susan Dusenberry, wife of the late advertising legend Phil Dusenberry, who was best known for Michael Jackson's hair-burning Pepsi ad. The house at 54 Ferry Road sits directly on Great Pond and the harbor, with 11 acres of land. Despite all of that space, the home comes in at 6,800 square feet with just 5 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, but views of 'sloping' hills and spectacular yachts are promised from every room. The property itself is actually two separate lots at just over 5 acres each, and the vacant waterfront parcel may be sold on its own for $7 million. A steal!
