1) Sag Harbor's shopping scene may get a little more crowded soon if plans are approved for the creation of two new retail spaces at 125 Main Street. Developer James Giorgio will have his idea discussed at this week's trustee meeting, a plan that involves lifting the historical building off its foundation and excavation, which would make space for the shops. 125 Main Street currently houses The Gallery Sag Harbor and two apartments.
