Trend alert! Another free house is up for grabs on the East End, this time in North Haven. The owner, who is building a new home on the property, does not want to see the 1920s Sears kit house demolished and is trying to find a taker for the the 2,000 square foot spread. Competition doesn't seem to be too stiff. The owner already contacted Habitat for Humanity and the organization politely declined, saying they couldn't use a house already built.
