The reconstruction of a Mako Lane house in Amagansett is garnering some interesting opposition from a lawyer representing neighbors. Among the talking points in a recent Star article: "The reason Mako Lane is different is because it’s different...." and "I’m not saying this is going to become Hauppauge, [but] this is going to become a major precedent."
