Hamptons Online profiles the newish this week, noting that the self-listing rental website has had some mild success considering its tragic October 2008 launch date. Backed by Rosehip Partners, the site banks on the facts that the Internet is the first place people go when looking at real estate, and that 'most people who buy in the Hamptons usually rent first'. It's an interesting read, and concludes with the finest new-age catchphrase we've heard in awhile: 'We believe that clicks will be what sell bricks.' Amen. [Hamptons Online]
