The second million-dollar pricechop of the week, this Napeague oceanfront fell a whopping $2.8 million today. Listed at $11.7 million in June 2008, the fall to $8.9 million is a fairly epic 24% chop. The four bedroom, three bath bungalow between the ocean and the bay is small on size but comes with a rather spectacular view. Set on 2.5 acres, the land is worth a pretty penny, but the 1979-built house seems to need some updating, or better lighting. Darkness prevails in the pics for this one.
