1) The Driver's Seat gets a loving review from Hamptons Online this week, a much needed PR boost for the Southampton restaurant whose claim to fame this summer was hosting reality power couple Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan. 2) Hampton Bays restaurant JT's Place will soon be turned into Squiretown Restaurant and Bar, as long as the Southampton Planning Board agrees to proposed plans. New owners Charles and Craig Bishop hope to replace the rotting restaurant with a new stucco exterior and update the interior (and menu) to fit a new 'American bistro' theme. 3) Townline BBQ has introduced new combo plates for fall. At lunch, $8.50 plates are available Monday through Friday, while $14.75 dinner plates include pork ribs, chicken, kielbasa, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken,
