Union Cantina is set to open in mid-June, and here's your first look at the dinner menu. It's modeled after that found in pulquerias, bars that specialize in pulque, a milky looking beverage made from the fermented sap of the agave. (Mezcal is made from the cooked heart of agave; tequila is a variety of mezcal.) There's quesadillas, "deconstructed" enchiladas, tacos, and entrees such as castilla de res mole.
